Return Policy:

 

At mynissanparts.com we want you to be happy with your purchase, but we realize that sometimes there are circumstances where returning a part is necessary.

 

Parts may be returned for up to 30 days from date of delivery. The part(s) you wish to return must be in the original Nissan or Manufacturers Packaging (Aftermarket/Hi-Performance), and must be in sellable condition (Packaging must be intact, part number must be unobstructed and readable, sealed with CLEAR PACKING TAPE ONLY, no duct tape, masking tape, electrical tape, etc...).  Do to the policies of Nissan Motor Corp. and our vendors a 15% to 25% restocking charge may apply. Nissan Motor Corp. and the other vendors will not except the parts back from us if these conditions are not met, which leaves us no choice but to strictly enforce this policy. Parts not meeting these conditions will be returned to the customer freight collect.

 

THERE IS NO REFUND ON SPECIAL ORDER PARTS,NISMO,ELECTRICAL PARTS, OR PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.

 

All returns must have an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number, to obtain an RGA number, please call 866.831.2622 or email us at returns@mynissanparts.com, please have the order number(s), part number(s), and invoice number(s) of the part(s) you wish to return so your sales person can assist you faster. Please put the RGA number on the outside of the shipping box under the address.

 

PARTS RECIEVED WITHOUT AN RGA NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER FREIGHT COLLECT.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, the only exception to this policy is if we send you the wrong part, in which case we will issue a return call tag and pay the return shipping cost, as well as the shipping cost to send you the correct part.
