At www.Mynissanparts.com we want you to be happy with your purchase, but we realize that sometimes there are circumstances where returning a part is necessary.

 

All returns must have an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) form, to obtain an RMA form, please call 866.831.2622 or email us at sales@Mynissanparts.com, please have the order number(s), part number(s), and invoice number(s) of the part(s) you wish to return so your sales person can assist you faster. Once an RMA form has been created it will be emailed to you. The RMA form must be printed, signed, and inserted into your return package. Credit issuuance is not guaranteed by the issuance of an RMA form. We will issue the credit after we have inspected and approved the return. Should the products above be received in non-returnable condition, we will contact you.

Core returns must be returned to us in the original Nissan Box and must be complete upon return for credit to be applied. Core return time guidelines follow the same as standard returns posted here.

 

Parts may be returned for up to 30 days from date of delivery. The part(s) you wish to return must be in the original Nissan or Manufacturers Packaging (Aftermarket/Hi-Performance), and must be in sell-able condition. Return items may be exchanged or refunded less the shipping charges, all return shipping charges are customers responsibility unless stated otherwise when Return is set up. A restocking fee may apply on some orders and will be communicated prior to credits being applied. 

WE CAN NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SOME SPECIAL ORDER PARTS, ELECTRICAL PARTS, FUEL SYSTEM PARTS, OR PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOUR ITEM FALLS IN ONE OF THESE CATAGORIES AND WE WILL ATTEMPT TO ASSIST YOU IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE.


All Items shipped Free Shipping or Shipping included in item price without an additional freight charge will be subject to return shipping fees being responsibility of customer. Return shipping or fee's will be compound with any restocking fee that may apply. We will only accept return shipping responsibility if a return is determined to be due directly to our action causing the order to be wrong. We will issue a call tag and cover return shipping expenses on items shipped incorrectly or miss packaged.
